2004 was – apart from the celebration of the anniversary – characterized by heavy investments in production plant and logistics.

The factory area at Isagervej is fully built up, the buildings are fully utilized. There is no room for more. Therefore, all future extensions will take place in Ry East – in the area where our administration center is located - and a flexi/multi hall, which in the course of 2004 has been extended to a proper logistics center housing all stocking and shipping activities.

Thus giving room in the factory for new technology: A new pressing concept, with press machines and robot (for polishing) built together in one cell. And an assembly line that mount the “spare parts” (buffers, hinge-links) automatically. All of it to reduce costs and enable us to stay competitive, so that we can keep up production in Denmark.
